Our vehicles can carry up to a total maximum of 8 people, including a maximum of 6 in wheelchairs.

Costs are calculated by the hour, and the estimate is made prior to booking the transportation service so that it is calculated on the actual need of the customer.

Unfortunately, since we are not ambulance cars, we are not authorized to transport bedridden people. For this type of transport, specialized ambulances must be used.

Being a transportation company, our drivers are not authorized to perform maneuvers on the individual. For such needs we have accredited partners who specialize in home care with whom we work on a daily basis.

It is possible to carry pets on board so they are not separated from the family.

Our vehicles are equipped with adjustable platforms on which movable seats are affixed. Depending on the customer’s need, we can accommodate up to six small manual wheelchairs (55 cm wide) or four large electrified wheelchairs.

Our vehicles are sanitized daily as per Asl protocol, for which we have been a supplier for over forty years.

Outreach is equipped with some machines that, affixed under our wheelchair, are able to easily climb stairs. However, we recommend that you contact us in advance for this type of service.

We advise all our clients to book at least 24 hours in advance so that we can be sure to have the van equipped with the required features available.
